The above rates include a $100 cleaning charge. A $100 discount is available to those who wish to do a small amount of the cleaning themselves. Please call for details.
All rates are subject to 6% GST.
GST rates change to 5% on Jan. 1/08
Minimum two night stay. Single night bookings will be subject to availability at the time.
Rates are based on one to four person occupancy.
Additional persons (age 12 and over) $20 per night. Age 12 and under reduced rate; please enquire.
A deposit of ½ of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by cheque, travelers cheques, money order, VISA or MasterCard.

This is a no smoking house, however one may smoke outside
on our covered deck.
No pets please. (Many of our guests have alergies.) We would be happy to refer you to a pet boarding/grooming house within 10 minutes of the Apex Guest House.
